Company responsibilities
• Execute calculations for all types of instruments, e.g. control valves, orifices, pressure relief valves,
• Write specification for all types of instruments and assist in FAT and SAT.
• Prepare data sheet, requisitions, technical bid tabulations and vendor document checking, Produce documents for DCS and SGS systems; narratives, cause and effect diagram and logics.
• Handling a wide range of engineering and subcontracting activities related to automation system for industrial equipment & automotive applications, lifting technology including Active/Passive Heave compensation and Low fuel consumption.
• Feasibility study (Programmable, Flexible or Fixed automation system including Sequential/ Hydraulic/Pneumatic/Electrical systems and control services).
• Safety Instrumented System study (SIL/SIF/FMECA specification and verification).
• Functional safety design, implement and test (SIF, SIL, FMECA and related requirement according to machine directive and standards).
• Assist in preparation of P&ID’s and participate in review meetings, HAZID,-HAZOP-and SIL meetings.
• Define, check and review of the Software Requirement Specification, Software Design Document, Overall Control System, Local Controller, Master Controller and User Interface.
• Check and review of the Theory Of Operation, Operation Protocols and Procedures.
• Generating test procedures and guarantee test support (FAT, SAT Commissioning and Start-up).
• Co-ordinate multi-discipline project team and subcontractors activities, review and approve project documentation/requisitions.
• Act as day-to-day subcontract project engineer, oversee material control and identify concessions/variation order requests and changes (to the scope of work, contract and subcontracts).
• Co-ordinate the work (related to construction, commissioning and star-up) and supervise preparation of as-built documentation.
• Technical focal point with Client/other concerned parties to clarify and sort out the outstanding technical issues.
• Preparation necessary multidisciplinary input (Instrumentation & Process Control) for the ITT Package for subcontracting in request of Project management.
• Technical/commercial assessment of the Subcontractor’s offer and monitor sub-contractor’s activities and follow-up with subcontractor to ensure compliance with overall project requirement.
• Site survey/supervision and support commissioning.
