Tender evaluation

• Identifying the Client requirements including clarification and qualifications;
• Preliminary engineering assessment;
• Conducting risk assessment;
• Identifying the available resources;
• Preparing and issue RFQ to the suppliers;
• Proposing price to management for review and approval.

After Contract award

• Performing detailed engineering of the Project;

• Responsible for all engineering activities
• Technical and commercial assessment of the supplier’s offer including preparation of a report and recommendations;
  
• Participating in the technical meeting with Client including any required site visit;
• Interdisciplinary co-ordination in order to achieve the detail design engineering objectives in an optimized manner;
• Preparing Risk assessment/HAZOP report and participating in the meetings;
• Monitoring fabrication process and solving any issues.
